If you have forgotten your Username or Password, you can recover these items by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot Username?" links on the Customer Center sign in page.
To recover a Username, enter your email address in the Email Address field and click the "Recover Username" button. A message will be sent to that email address containing your account information.
To reset a Password, enter the Username of the account into the "Username" field and click "Reset Password". An email will be sent containing a link to reset your password.
Note, for security reasons, you are unable to reset your password online if your email address has not been on file for at least 30 days. Please contact Customer Support at (315) 865-5201 for help resolving this issue.
